Having Itchy Res Rashes, Foul Vaginal Odor, Frequent Discharge And Soreness In Groin Area. What Could This Be?

I have what I think is bacterial vaginosis I.ve had it before but this time is different I have a red bumpy rash and it burns to urinate i'm scared that it could be something else.
my symptoms are foul vaginal odor, frequent discharge, itchy burning rash, and I also have some soreness in my groin area. My boyfriend also broke out with some bumps that he says itches, but he's trying to rule out razor bumps. He also has some soreness in the groin area and he's a little swollen on one side of the genital
area. What could this be please help?

Hello and welcome to HCM,

The history that you have given suggests a genital infection.
the first step to be taken is abstinence.
Both you and your boyfriend need to get treated before having intercourse else the infection will persist.
A red rash, foul discharge and itchiness can be due to fungal infection, protozoal infection (Trichomonas infection), etc.
If it is associated with lymph node enlargement, other sexually transmitted diseases have to be ruled out, e.g. gonorrhea, lymphogranuloma venerum, granulare inguinale, etc.
You need to get the discharge examined microscopically.
Serum tests may also be required.
Since, you are experiencing burning sensation while urinating, a urine examination is also required.
There may be associated urinary tract infection.
Consult your gynecologist for clinical examination, relevant investigations and management.

Thanks and take care
