Itchiness of labia could be due to some vaginal infections or discharge...relationship to amoxyclav is little less as then you would have itching elsewhere on body also not only on labia. ...anyways take antiallergics for 3 to 5 days and apply local antibiotic with antifungal wteroid ointment on labia for the little lesion you have described

OBGYN Dr. Sree Gouri SR's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Recent illness and antibiotic usage can alter the vaginal flora and can lead to vaginal discharge, itching etc.
Apart from that genital itching can occur due to many other causes.

The finger like projections you mentioned could be thickened labial folds or rarely due to infection leading to warts.
As there is no history of intercourse in the last two months, there is somewhat less possibility for infection.
So, if the symptoms persist, better to consult gynecologist once and get examined.
Take care.
