I understand your concern especially because it is affecting your daily life. For these symptoms you should try eliminating high-gas foods. You should avoid such items as carbonated beverages, salads, raw fruits and vegetables — especially cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower. This doesn't mean that you should avoid vegetables, but just try to eat them boiled.
Try also to eat smaller meals and dring plenty of liquids. Water is best. Alcohol and beverages that contain caffeine stimulate your intestines and can make diarrhea
worse, and carbonated drinks can produce gas.
