Having high fever with chest congestion. Medications for treatment?

My wife has fever 102 F for the last 2 days with throat congestion.. Doctor has prescribed Vozet 5 mg and Azee 500 mg and asked for blood test SGPT and Rapid MP with CBC and ESR . Fever comes down after taking Crocin but goes up againMedicine has beren started from today. Please advise right course of treatment. email id is YYYY@YYYY
