Having High BP, Pulse Rate, Migraine. Taking Amlong, Amlozaaar, Losar H, Amtas M 50. What Is Right Medicine?

Hello Doctor, I have BP-136/95, Pulse-102/min. I also have migraine problem. I have consulted so many Doctors who have prescribed Amlong, Amlozaaar, Losar H, Amtas M 50., Even when the BP is controlling with some of these medicines, i get headache . Please tell me what will be the correct medicine for me.... Help me doctor.

Best medicine for you can be decided after ruling out any secondary causes of your hypertension like Thyroid profile, Kidney functions, ECG, Urine examination, etc and also considering your age.

The details you have given for that I will advise B-blockers like Metoprolol or Atenolol. There is 0.3-4% chance of getting headache with b-blockers.
You can take Paracetamol for headache for time being.
