Hello
I am Dr Ravinder Sharma ENT surgeon
On the basis of the information provided it appears you have impacted wax. Impacted wax can cause problem at times. Treatment involves instilling wax softners for few days and then syringing by a competant person. If it is not working then you may require wax suction/removal under microscope. I would suggest you to consult a ENT surgeon.
I hope this answers your concern. feel free to contact me if you require more information about it
