Having Headache, Body Pain, Weakness, Dizziness, Chest Pain. Is There Anything To Concern?
Dear Doctor, • When wake-up in the morning hand/leg/body pain and headache and tittle burning sensation in hand/feet/head. Continue for long time. • Swallowing inside belly sometimes. • During day time, evening time it stay and night more. • Hand / feet / head burning sensation are more in evening time. • Feeling weak in hand & feet. • Feeling some dizziness while walking. • Feeling something stuck in the middle of the chest and just below of the left boobs. Feels more after eating. • Cannot hold urine when required to pass, otherwise it is automatically coming out little. • Skin movements and shocking in hand fingers if any metallic items touch during A/C and cold seasons. • Feeling headache in morning, day & night time to time. • Sometimes feeling tittle head pain while burning sensation. • Feeling tittle pain in just left side of chest below of the left boob.

Burning sensation in hands and feet.
Tiredness in hands and feet.
Dizziness when walks, Urine not under control ( partial).
Pain left side of chest.
There are few possibilities as,
1. Burning feet syndrome due to vitamin B complex deficiency.
2. Diabetes all the symptoms which you mentioned in your query resembles like a diabetic patient have.
3. Anxiety ( due to over load of work or any other reason)
4. Enlargement of prostate if your's age is more than 45 yrs and male.
5. Tension and stress of life.
So please get in blood examination all , get in U/S abdomen with emphasis over pancreas ( fro diabetes)
Physical examination for prostate if male.
