Having gastric problem. Taking medication for GERD, depression. All test result normal. Permanent solution?

i AM 46 YEARS OLD MALE, HEIGHT 171 & WEIGHT 75KG. I WAS PRESCRIBED RABIKIND PLUS FOR GERD . ALSO I AM TAKING FOLLOWING MEDICINES. TREAND XR 250 - 1 MORNING & 1 EVENING.FOR DEPRESSION . REVALOL AM 50/5 - 1 MORNING. RAZO 20 - 1 EVENING BEFORE FOOD. SIR, SINCE LAST 20 DAYS, I AM FEELING MORE GASTRIC PROBLEM. I AM NOT ABLE TO WALK DUE TO THIS , WHEN I AM WALKING GAS FORMING IN MY STOMACH AND COMING UP...ALSO THIS PROBLEM FACING WHEN IN EMPTY STOMACH. I HV CHECKED ALL BLOOD TEST , ECG ,TMT & ECHO...RESULTS ARE NORMAL. I AM NOT ABLE TO ATTEND ANY PROGRAMME, OR MY DUTIES DUE TO THIS PROBLEM. SIR PLEASE ADVISE.MY EMAIL ID. YYYY@YYYY

Hi , Welcome to HCM ,
apart from medicine also adopt healthy life style
Diet:
- Take good quantity of fresh fruits, fresh green leafy vegetables,
- Take whole grain food like brown bread, brown rice, whole wheat,
- Avoid saturated food item like fried food, ghee, butter, red meat, organ meat like liver, kidney and sea food like prawns, crabs, egg yellow if you are non vegetarian.
- Reduce table salt and avoid bakery items, fried food, sweets, and ice cream.
- Take low fat dairy foods like skimmed milk, low fat yogurt, and low fat cheese.
- Avoid high protein diet ,
- Take bland diet ,
- Take small frequent meal ,
- Avoid tea /coffee/soft drink/carbonated drink/junk food.

Exercise:
- Do regular brisk walking
Addiction:
- Quit any form of Tobacco if you are using.
- do not take alcohol ,
- Say ‘No’ to all forms of addiction.
Stay relax ,
Take proper sleep and rest ,
Think positive
