You should definitely go back to your doctor or to ER as you may have an abscess in the gallbladder. It happens when gallbladder inflammation
lasts for some time and does not get healed. The other possibility is bile ducts obstruction or even pancreas duct obstruction what can lead to acute pancreatitis
You should have blood work, CRP, liver tests (AST,ALT,GGTP,AP), amylase, urine amylase, bilirubin
checked and have abdominal ultrasound
. You may need emergency surgery.
