I can understand the emberassment you have to go through due to high frequency of bowel movements. I will try my best to answer your question and guide you through it.
Normal bowel movements are usually from one every other day to 3 times per day. in your case this is pathological and we need to narrow down to a specific cause.
We need to consider the following possibilities:
3) Autonomic neuropathy with rapid bowel transit time
4) Chronic fat malabsorption
We need to perform a stool routine and microscopy examination, T3,T4,TSH
levels in the blood, ultrasound
of the abdomen to begin with.
