Having Foul Smelling Greenish Mucus In Sinuses, Throat. Using Nielmed Rinses. Sinus Surgery Done. Cure?
I have large amounts of foul smelling, greenish mucus that hangs up in my sinuses and throat , I have been using Nielmed sinus rinses to loosen the mucus and flush some of it out. It is so nasty that I feel nauseous almost all the time. I had Functional indoscopic sinus surgery approx. 3 Yrs. ago, after having some of the symtoms.

Hi,
I would advise you to take up your case with Homoeopathic System of medicine, there are very useful drugs which would provide you all relief, cure and immunity. for the time being do the following:
1. Steam inhalation twice daily that will help loosen the mucus deposited and relieve the inflammation also.
2. Avoid sour things like acids, citrus fruits.
3. Start walk leading to brisk walk and finally to jogging gradually with time, physical exertion stregnthen the immunity so start with in your limits and increase slowly with time.
4. Find a good Homoeo Physician for holistic cure.
