Having Fever, Test Done For TLC, DLC, Lymphocytes, Basophils, Widal Test Negative. What To Do?

Hi, my brother s reports are as follows. Actually we are not able to find out what has happened to him. He has fever from past 6-7 days ranging 99-100 degrees. TLC - 2100 /c.mm. DLC - Neutrophils : 2.1% Lymphocytes : 94.9% Monocytes : 1.4 Eosinophils :0.4 Basophils : 1.2 Platelets count - 433 thousand/cmm Widal test is negative. Please guide me what to do and what has happened to him?

hi.welcome to healthcaremagic forum.
there is decrease in wbc count and neutrophil counts.it predisposes to infection.its a dangerous condition and require continuous medical attention.
causes are many, including viral infection,tb,drugs, leukemia etc.all these require certain investigations.
