Having Fever. Blood Work Done. Prescribed Ursodeoxycholic Acid 500mg And Cefixime Tablets 200mg. What Does This Mean?
hi i was hospitalised with high fever 7 days ago. my initial blood test report showed esr value 78. later more detailed blood tests revealed that sgot 180iu/l , sgpt 225 iu/l and esr 110 mm/hr. i was put on medication for five days after which my fever subsided. again tests showed that sgot 55 iu/l, sgpt 159 iu/l , esr 110 mm/hr. i was discharged and i have been asked to take medcns ursodeoxycholic acid 500mg and cefixime tablets 200mg for 5 days. i want to know what all this means.
