Having Dry, Dull And Pigmented Skin With Acne Spots. Suggested Supratret. Any Other Medication?
Hello Doctor, I am 31 years old. My skin used to be very clear earlier but for the last few years my skin has become dull,dry and pigmented. The complexion of the skin is uneven with mild acne and dark/brown spots here and there. My dermatologist suggested Supratret C. I request you to kindly suggest some cream/medicine or treatments for the same.

Hi first acne should be treated by supratret ointment in the night for few days .once he acne gets cured dark dull skin can be cured by application of aloederm ointment all over the face and apply kojivit cream over the lesions.use of azac soap to decrease pigmentation.
