Having Cramps, Sexually Active. Delayed Periods For 3 Months. Pregnancy Test Negative. Reason?

i did not see my period for about three month, a gynecologist prescribe primolut N this January which i took for five days after which i had withdrawal of blood. I have not seen my period this month and i have being sexually active, i had menstrual cramps but no bleeding, i had home pregnancy test but showing negative. is it possible am pregnant?

Thanks for your query.
With negative pregnancy test, you are 97 % sure that you are not pregnant .
Confirmation can only be via blood pregnancy test or an ultrasound.
There could be various other reasons for a missed period - stress, anxiety, hypothyroidism, polycystic ovaries, endometrial hyperplasia.
Please consult a Gynecologist for evaluation.
