Having Cramps Before Periods. Started Spotting, Feeling Nausea, Fired, Sensitive Nipples. Pregnancy Test Negative. Could I Be Pregnant?

Lately I have been having cramps 2 weeks before my period. Yesterday I was suppose to get my period but only got brown spotting when I wipe. I have been having symptoms of being pregnant such as nausea , cramps, always tired, and nipples are sensitive. I did a pregnancy test 3 days before my period and the results were negative. Could I be pregnant? Because I still haven t gotten my period.

Hello Dear,

Pregnancy test taken before your missed period can be false negative. The best option would be to repeat a pregnancy test, and if its negative then you are not pregnant for sure.

Take care
