hi there, your symptoms are suggestive of flu like syndrome, usually these are self limiting conditions and you should get better in 5-7 days. In the meanwhile you can take steam inhalations ,anti-histaminics, some cough drops and if the feeling of heavyness continues or you have difficulty in breathing then you may visit an ER to get checked for any constrictive respiratory disaease like asthama if you are known to be prone to it. You may also take an anti-inflammatory-anti pyretic combination like combiflam to reduce the chills and body ache. Mostly a good weeks rest and plenty of fluids with these symptomatic treatment will be enough. Take care.
