hello friend, this is dr arun, a homoeopathic physician. as per information given by you, the first thing i want to tell you that we should have find out the reason for fever. becuase fever suggest that there is some inflammation/infection like bacterial, viral etc. the range of fever on thermameter will give us idea about the intensity of infection. for acute management, i will suggest you to consult a general surgeon who will give medicines to control infection and fever or you can visit to any homoeopathic doctor who will examine you thoroughly esp examination of haemorrhoids and will give some homoeopathic medicines on the basis details enquiry of your symptoms and signs. after management of acute condition, then you can continue homoeopathic medicines esp constitutional medicine for complete recovery of case. a good homoeopath will judge your case wheather this is surgical or non-surgical. ok? take a appropriate decision. all the best for you fast and healthy recovery. .......homoeopathy is human friendly :)
