Having Cold Sweats, Abdominal Cramps, Vomits, Diarrhea During First 8 Hours Of Periods. Treatment?
i m 32 years old, during the first hours of menstruation , my body temperature drops, I experience cold sweats, painful abdominal cramps and then after 6hrs, vomits. sometimes I also experience diarrhea during the first 8 hours. it only stops after 12 hrs-24hrs when blood clots are released through the menstruation. how can I stop this painful monthly cycle?

Hi,
it seems that you might be having dysmenorrhea symptoms.
Take antispasmodic tablet like Dicyclomine, paracetamol combination during period as and when required.
If problem continue then consult Gynaec and go for 3-4 months of cyclical hormonal treatment which will cure your problem.
