If you also notice that your hands and feets go pale when exposed to a cold weather or dipping your hands in a cold water then you are probably having features of reynaud's phenomena.. If not then you  could by having a low concentration of hemoglobin.. My cousin had similar problems of fainting and dizziness and was found to have anaemia that were causing all these symptoms...

I am 16 and have exactly the same symptoms. I generally feel colder than my friends but my hands and feet are always cold even when the rest of my body is normal temperature. My fingers also go pale when cold. When I stand up after sitting or lying down for a while I feel dizzy and faint and sometimes lose sight for a few seconds, I feel faint after singing in choir and have fainted before in plays and concerts probably due to standing up for too long. Also, although this may not be related, my face goes very red very quickly when I blush or after exercise, far more than anyone else's. I have no idea what causes it and would love to know what it is. I have considered anaemia, especially as I'm vegetarian, but take iron supplements that don't seem to make any difference.

Im 15 too and i also always have very cold hands and feet, not only that but i tend to go very pale and get very dizzy and feel faint. Recently i have been having what feels like heartburn in my chest, this is very uncomfortable and is causing me quite a lot of pain. My Parents thought this could be due to a recent accident in football where i accidentley took out there goalie (swear it was an accident) i landed on my chest and now 3 days later there is a lot of pain. I am also very tired all of the time and find it very hard concentrating, again my parents believe these are some signs of being anemic... Im going to have a blood test on thursday just to make sure but any suggestions?
