I have a chronic poor digestion problem of many years - since childhood actually. I am now 56.
I experience a lot of gas with pain that goes away on passing gas or good motion.
Am taking omez 20 once daily since yesterday.Have an important appraisal in 2 days. Would the medication have any adverse effect on my concentration ?

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I would like to say one thing that there is a myth that each & every morning we should pass stool , otherwise we will fall ill and foul smell will start from our mouth.
Here I want to tell that please defecate when you feel that it is beyond control.
Peoples eat so much so that stomach become full and starts gas (acidity in common language) formation.
After some feast and party usually this type of situation arises and at that time they have to take some antacid as rantac, famonit, ocid etc.
Self medication is very dangerous so if possible avoid it.
Eat as you like but up to limit.Good luck. Dr. HET.
