Having chest pain and semi unconsciousness. What could be the cause ?

My boyfriend has these episodes where he semi loses consciousness and he has massive chest pains. Sometimes he also loses the ability to move or talk. He has no medical insurance and i m really worried about what he might have.

Hi! such episodes shouldnot be taken lightly.Its always wise to have an ECG & a chest xray done to rule out any problem.Consultation by Doctor is necesssary.If he has no medical insurance or any financial poblem,reach out for government hospitals or aided ones.If he is employed,u can get
help from employer also.But make him understand that it is important.

Dear worried friend ,yes the doctor is right please take him to a doctor.There could some problem with heart like missing heart beats,very fast beat etc.which can lead to this.So medical attention and examination is must.Do not worry about financial resources there are always places like charitable institutions ,government hospitals where he can be it now.

I was also wondering if hypertension could play a part as the cause of these episodes. At first I thought it could be a symptom but know I think it could be A causing factor.
