Hi ! What are your food habits ? If you eat frequently from outside, your intestines might be harboring some kind of infection, amebiasis being one of the common , in which these kind of symptoms can occur. You should go for a routine stool test for ova and cyst before reporting to your doctor, who may prescribe some anti amebic drug for you along with a proton pump inhibitor and a prokinetic agent.
The problem in your throat is due to regurgitation of acid /bile. In such cases, you have to keep the head end of the bed elevated so that the regurgitation becomes less.
Blood in the stool could be due a co-existing anal pathology like hemorrhioids and a fissire. If it increases then you may have to get yourself reviewed by a genral surgeon, or a gastro-enterologist who may suggest you to undergo an ultratound and a upper GI endoscopy to exclude other pathological conditions.
Wishing you an early recovery.
