Having Burning Sensation In Head, Feels Headache, Blurred Vision. Solution?

Hi I have funny movement like feelings in my head, I cannot explain it but it does not feel normal, what could it be, I also today had a burning sensation in my head, and I suffer with headaches a lot more than usual. sometimes my visions seems a bit blurred. I am under a lot of pressure at work, and I have not seen a doctor yet. From the details mentioned, what could it possibly be.

Your complaints are suggestive of vertigo......
Sometimes symptoms of tension headaches and vertigo are confusing in nature. But in either cases the following physiotherapy treatments would be beneficial.....
Hot fomentation to neck extensor muscles and occipital region following application of some analgesic ointment.... gentle needing massage, interferential therapy, myo fascial release technique, continuous mode ultrasound therapy, long wave diathermy (if available), cervical mobilization/manipulation (if indicated clinically)..... neck stability exercises.....

you might be having anxiety and tension headache. consult nearby psychiatrist. i think duloxetine30 mg will help you a lot.
