well it may be due to the fact that you are not accustomed for this type of exercise . It is not advisable to take any kind of liquids just after exercising as that would lead to bloating
. You need to wait and relax for 20 minutes at least so that your heart rate
returns back to normal .
Incorporate salads in your diet that will stop bloating and help you with weight loss
also . There is a need to build your stamina for exercise that comes with practise only .
