Having Boils. Itchy Rough Spot On Neck. Do Smoke. Problem?

Well I have having boils in several parts of my body one at a time. When I was in bangalore I had boils in my private area Sometime Front area sometimes back side. Now I am in delhi and now I have on my chin. Also My beard are growing grey day by day. One my neck there is a small rough spot that keep itching whenever I have a sweating.

I do smoke, But I don't take alcohol and what other details you require. I don't have any other problem. Feel free to ask me if you have any query?

Hi
Thanks for your query

You have developed lesions of folliculitis which is a skin infection.
Do not apply any oil or moisturizers over the skin.
Wear cotton clothes so as to reduce sweating.

You need to apply a topical antibiotic cream over the affected parts twice a day.
you may also need oral antibiotics for the skin lesions.
Clean the affected areas with an antiseptic solution daily.
