Hello,

I would like to recommend you Kali brom 30 four times a day for a month. It is a homeopathic remedy and will help you. Feel free if you have any questions.

Thanks

Hi,

As Dr Ritu rightly suggested, I am of the same opinion. You can also take Berberis Aquifolium tincture 10 drops in 1/4 cup water twice a day for 2 months to purify your skin internally. The external application can be used in the form of Berberis Aquifolium cream to lighten the dark skin.

Do not resort to scraping and puncturing the pimples as it will only result in deeper infection and worsening of the condition.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You could be having prickly heat rash or Miliaria. It occurs due to sweat accumulation and hot weather. You need to avoid sweat accumulation and use only cool cotton clothes. Apply Lactocalamine lotion to the back for relief from itching and pain. Avoid sun exposure. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. The black marks may resolve on it's own or if you want to get them removed you can consult a Dermatologist for skin lightening medication.

Hi, you seems to be having allergic rash from something like your cloth material or dust or soap etc. It could possibly be due to excess sun exposure. You should avoid direct exposure to sunlight for long time. Wear little loose clothes of cotton or stuff that does absorb sweat. you should keep yourself hygienic take regular bath and use good talc powder. You can use lactocalamine lotion on pimples to reduce them. Avoid scratching them. take a tablet cetrizine once a day. Wish you good health.
