Having Big Tummy, Suffering From Mental Pressure. Suggest Some Diet And Exercise To Lose Body Weight?

hi i am arpita das 23yrs, height 5 and body weight 58kg. i want to loss my weight, now my tummy also be developed. financial condition is not so high, for that reason i am suffering a mental preesure. sir, i heartily requested you to plz give me some of your valuble suggesion how i loss my body weight? give me daily diet chart and some exercise.

Thanks for query,
As compared to your height your weight is quite high.
It seems that there is more fat collection in your abdomen.
So reducing fat from tummy you will loose good amount of weight.
Do abdominal recti muscle exercise.
in this exercise you raise your one leg while lying down position where your back touching ground.
Keep leg in this position for some time.Then do same thing for another leg and then raise your both legs.Do this for about 10 minutes in the morning and evening.
Avoid fat and carbohydrates in the diet.
Avoid taking more tea,coffee and cold drinks.
Nothing to be taken in between two meals.If you feel hungry then take salads only.
Take more green veggies .
Do other physical exercise like running,jogging,swimming regularly for 30-40 mnt for 5 days in a week.

You can reduce your weight by:

1 Eat a regular breakfast.
2 Monitor weight regularly (sometimes daily).
3 Take up to 60 minutes of daily exercise daily, burning an average of 400 calories.
4 The most popular weight control exercise is walking.
5 Follow a fat-reduced diet, while eating healthy carbohydrates.
6 Control calories, averaging 1400 calories, per day.
7. Use cooking methods like stewing, steaming, grilling and roasting instead of frying.
8. Practice stress reduction through yoga and meditation. Get good rest and sound sleep.
9. Drink daily 8 to 10 glasses of liquids like water, and herbal teas. They are nonfattening fillers.
10. Eliminate chemicals like additives and preservatives from the foods you eat.. Eat more natural, organic foods.
