Having Back Pain, Hip Bone Small And Muscles Getting Stiff, Pain Getting Severe And Irritating

I have a back pain problem. I consulted the doc and came to knw that my left Hip bone is a little smaller and tghe muscles are getting stiff because of the over pressure one of the other reason being over weight. my pain is becoming severe and irritating and stopping me from doing anything in life. I am just 24 and have lot more to live..pls advice what to do

It is very difficult to comment without getting x ray. Can you tell us finding of your x ray report. If your bone is small options are very limited and best thing will be physiotherapy to strengthen your back muscles. Also avoid too much running or weight lifting.
