HI,

I AM DR.KAVITHA .I WOULD LIKE TO HELP.

PLEASE SEE A WELL QUALIFIED PHYSIOTHERAPIST IN A WELL EQUIPPED PHYSIOTHERAPY UNIT.THERE ARE MANY MODALITIES OF TREATMENT LIKE SHORTWAVE RADIOTHERAPY ,INFRA RED RADIATION ,HYDROTHERAPY ETC THAT CAN DECREASE YOUR PAIN .

ONCE THE SEVERE PAIN IS GONE YOU CAN GO FOR ACTIVITIES LIKE YOGA OR SWIMMING THAT WILL NOT ONLY HELP YOU INCREASE YOUR LUNG CAPACITY BUT ALSO HELP YOU PREVENT PAIN AND EVEN LOSE WEIGHT.

CHOLESTROL AND DIABETES CAN BE CONTROLLED WITH MEDICATIONS AND DIET MODIFICATIONS.. REGULAR USE OF INHALERS (AS ADVICED BY YOUR CHEST PHYSICIAN ) CAN GIVE YOU LOT OF RELIEF FOR YOUR BREATHLESSNESS WITH MINIMUM SIDE EFFECTS.

THUS WITH A LOT OF POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND A LITTLE HELP FROM SOME SPECIFIC PEOPLE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO LEAD A BETTER LIFE.TAKE CARE
