Having Angioplasty In Past, Can Chest Pain Indicate A Blocked Artery?

I have CAD diagnosed 11 years ago. I had cardiac cath ea month for 5 mos. with stents and angioplasty , finally Bipss . 6 mos later heart attack more stents. with a total of 5 stents. I went several years with no stents, but Angina. on Dec.9 I was sent from my cardiologist off ice to the hospital and LAD was 98% blocked. that was #24 cath. They placed a stent within stent. 7 days later I experience severe chest pain and saw MD again with more changes in EKG. My Cardiologist called 911. #25 cath showed the new stent blocked. they put a new stent distal to the other one. 15 days later with more changes in EKG and increased pain Cardiologist sent me again with another cath #26 with intentions of Bipass if blocked, that would end in Bipass. the artery is open. I continue with daily nitro and chest pains could that atery block again and what is the solution

Hi
I read your query and understood your concern.

Unfortunately the risk of the re closing of the arteries is high so i suggest to continue with the medication and healthy lifestyle.

If the re closing of the arteries happen again than the best option is CABG surgery.

Hope it answered to your query.
