Acne can occur at this age because of hormonal imbalance.Don t worry it can be controlled with treatment. For acne since you can not use creams you may take oral medication and salicylic peels under the consultation of a dermatologist. For icthyosis and eczema -first and foremost is to keep your body well hydrated with emollient creams -drink 2-3 litre of water in a day -avoid hot water bath -use mild soap free cleansers -take a well balanced diet rich in green vegetables and fruits.
