General Surgeon 's  Response
hi
you should go for stool examination to rule out amoebic colotis and ultrasonography of abdomen
Even if nothing is detected then u should go for colonoscopy. probable diagnosis might be colitis, recurrent appendicitis or abdominal tuberculosis

General Surgeon Dr. Shekappa C M's  Response
hello ramesh
since you have recurrent symptoms going more in favour of RECURRENT APPENDICITIS .you need further investgation. you have to under go ultrsound examination to rule out appendicitis. there may be little chance of abdominal tuberculosis. hence my advice for you to under go diagnostic laparoscopy (A KEY HOLE SURGERY). it will rule out tuberculosis, and same time if there is appendicitis, APPENDICECTOMY also can be done in same sitting
take care
