Having A Painless Lump On The Back Near Shoulder Increasing In Size. What Could It Be?

My dad has had a lump in his back near his shoulder for some time.he noticed it about a year ago and at the time it was small and painless.Since then only awhile ago he noticed it was still there by the size it is now,still in same place,still painless but a lot bigger as the size of tennis ball round and raised as a lump.it is soft and can move it around in that spot as if it s a ball over the skin. There is no pain.could u help please.

The condition is called LIPOMA . it's a fat tissue benign tumour. It's a very common problem , don't worry...
Consult the nearest surgeon and he will excise it.
