Having G6PD deficiency. Any problem in drinking one mix of creatine powder containing whey protein, carbohydrate, calcium, folic acid?

From the list provided ,i think Ascorbic acid needs to be avoided from your diet as it can increase iron uptake and since ascorbic acid is an oxidant ,it can cause rupture of blood cells causing symptoms like dark urine.

AND obviously IRON (here FERROUS Bisglycinate) is contraindicated as there is a chance for iron overload in g6pd deficiency.
