Hello,

First of all, you confirm your pregnancy status with blood test for beta-HCG.

Other reasons of late period with occasional lower abdominal pain are ovarian cyst, stress, hypothyroid, over wt, high prolactin, pelvic infection etc.

Kindly, consult with gynecologist to proceed clinical examination and relevant tests like pelvic USG, hormone assay, other blood test etc.

Most of the cases are treated with hormonal medication and some other supportive therapy. Take balanced diet, control body wt & avoid stress.

Hope, it helps for you. Good luck.
