Im on the implant and i had sex with my boyfriend havent had a period in over 12 months but now im spotting pinkish or brown , stomach cramping

It may not be serious but to be on the safer side, it is better that you consult a gynecologist, get pregnancy test done and if indicated get an ultrasound scan done to see if there is any uterine or ovarian pathology, responsible for this spotting and abdominal cramps.
