For the past few weeks I have had a lot more vaginal discharge, not the smelly kind or anything, just wetter than normal. Have been keeping clean and changing underwear daily to avoid infection. Recently I caught a cold and several days later I noticed my left inner labia (closest to the opening of the vaginal hole) was "pinchy" and swollen. Assuming a minor infection from a compromised immune system coupled with additional moisture and heat, I slathered the area with antibacterial cream for the day. The next day, the area is now a lot more red, puffy and sensitive (left minor labia only) - has not spread to other side even though they are obviously touching - and it is now accompanied by three hard (at least hard as in they don't appear to be filled with fluid) white, slightly raised bumps (nearly flat and not very spherical, just slightly raised). The three vary in size, but estimating no bigger than half the size of a pencil eraser (standard number 2 pencil). They are slightly rough to the touch, and are not tender themselves that I can tell (however the surrounding area is tender and swollen/red/itchy so touching the white nodes does illicit some discomfort so it's hard to tell). Vagisil has been useful in eliminating the itchiness of the tender surrounding skin but the sores seem to be getting wider. They are also irregularly shaped (not specifically round/symmetrical). There is no foul odor or really any smell at all that is out of the ordinary. The lesions my best description is possibly the way a scab looks after you've taken a shower and it is whitish and slightly bumpy. It is possible I have HPV, although I have never had this confirmed medically.
