Have Type 2 Diabetes. Fuzzy Head, Dizziness. What To Do?

Hi I am 73 years old and have suffered with type 2 sugar diabetes for 7 years , and recently after meals my head feels fuzzy, and I feel dizzy and sickly although I have not been sick with it yet, I have checked my sugar reading twice to day and this morning it was 134 and this evening at 8 p.m. it was 230 , I have tried to go to bed and sleep but I feel terrible when I lay down and I can´t get to sleep, what do you think I should do ? can you help !

Since diabetes is from SEVEN years so , what is the condition of heart?
Since your query is dizziness and insomnia ( sleeplessness),fuzzy.
Your blood sugar level is high, it means diabetes is not under control.

The best way is to consult a diabetologist and get in complete check up both for heart as well as diabetes.
Self medication is diabetes is very dangerous.
