Have Tumor In Breast. Have Pain In Breast And Nipple Is Swollen. Cause?

i have a tumor in my right breast which my doctor says he can tell by the shao pe of it is ok [oval shaped] he wanted to do another mamogram in 6 months y to make sure there are no changes it has been 4 months .one week ago i started noticing pain in both breast now the nipple on my right breast is swolen and very painful it looks like it could bust open what do you think is causing this?

This might be an infection in the breast that has formed an abscess , that is erupting on the nipple.
Unfortunately the shape of a lump in the breast will not exclude cancer of the breast. You need to see a doctor as soon as possible to reassess the situation. They need to exclude cancer by taking a fine needle aspiration or a biopsy of tissue, if it is just an infection , it needs to be surgically drained and treated with antibiotics.
