Hi dipu ! If your fun time over with tobacco and you think you want to leave, it is first sign for addiction. Now what to do ! As you know if you keep chewing few more years you will taking treatment for cancer believe me ! Leave this habbit gradually. Don't stop at once. Give a visit to dental doctor for oral check, ask mouthwash and gel for making inner wall less senstive and smooth, make habbit of chewing some thing like gums, candy, saffron, elichi , etc. Ask doctor for nicotine patch, it will give you relief in your withdrawal symptom. Take lemon tea, orange juice and most of all make strong will to leave. Be healthy enjoy and improve your life. Bye take care.
