Have Tight Foreskin, Thin White Ring Around. HH Zole Cream, VB 7 Forte Capsules Not Much Effective. Will Betamethasone Help?

I am 37 yrs old and married for last 10 yrs.. have 2 kids, I had a little tight foreskin but it was never a big issue but for the last 1.5 years it has become further tight and it now it does not go down the head. it had also developed a thin white ring..I had visited a doctor and he suggested HH Zole cream and VB 7 Forte capsules. Now the white ring has gone but the skin is but it did not help much...I have seen online that Betamethasone 0.01% helps.. if yes can you please advise a cream which is available in India. if no, please advise what should I do.

You are 37 years old and have applied steroid cream also, I think you should go for operation called as circumcision.
At this stage only treatment is operation.
It is very simple operation in which fore skin is taken out.
Operation also protects form penile cancer.
You should consult your surgeon because if it is stuck on glans then it becomes surgical emergency.

Hi,
Due to chronic collection of smegma, not cleaning properly may lead to adhere foreskin on glans resulting unable to retract.
Many a time it may develop belano prosthitis.
If this problem remains for long time, it can be turned pre-cancerous lesion.
So better is to go for circumcision operation.
