Have Thyroiditis And Arthritis. Taking Thyroxine And Methotrexate. Toes And Fingers Feeling Cold And Numb. Okay To Take Health Supplement?

I have Thyroid for the last 12years at present I am taking Thyroxine 100mg every morning,I have developed Arthritis 3 years ago and I take Methotrexate 10mg once a week and 5mg. Folic acid along with it.I am 60 years old,5 2 tall and my weight is 9stones.I am strictly vegetarian,no smoke no drink.Every since I developed Arthritis I feel very cold my toes and hands and fingers they all go blue and numb,secondly is it okay if I take kelp supplement for my Thyroid.Your advice will be appreciated.Many Thanks.

Dear Ma'm, Hi! it is perfectly fine rather essential to take supplements like calcium, B12, Vitamin D along with thyroid medication and in case of arthritis. cold feet may be due to neuropathy so you can take pregabaline or pentoxifylline for improving circulation. regards!
