Have The Mirena IUD. Stopped Spotting, Pinching Sensation In Belly. Am I Pregnant?

I have the mirena iud. I got it Feb. 5th, spotted for a while, just recently stopped spotting. I have a slight pinching behind my belly button, nothing painful, more annoying than anything. My daughter is now just about 5 months old. I was on the pill for 6 years when I got pregnant. I am wondering is it possible I may be pregnant again, especially if one form of birth control has already failed me

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MIRENA IUD IS SIMILAR TO THAT OF ORAL PILLS WHICH IS ONLY AROUND O.4%..BUT THE MAJOR DISADVANTAGE OF ORALL PILLS IS THE COMPLIANCE THAT IS INTAKE OF PILL WITHOUT MISSING A SINGLE DAY.WHEREAS COMPLIANCE IS NOT A FACTOR IN MIRENA. ONCE INSERTED YOU WILL HAVE LONG LASTING EFFECT.
SINCE YOU HAVE FAILED USING ONE METHOD IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL HAVE INCREASED FAILURE USING MIRENA.

THE DISADVANTAGE WITH MIRENA IS THAT YOU MAY HAVE IRREGULAR CYCLES AND SPOTTING THAT MAY GIVE YOU A DOUBT OF PREGNANCY.THE ACTUAL FAILURE WITH IUCD IS VERY LOW
