Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You have enlarged lymph nodes due to infection. Cervical lymph nodes are the draining lymph nodes from head and neck.
Infection in head and neck region leads to enlargement of cervical lymph nodes.
You should take full course of antibiotics. You can empirically take tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for five days. It has wide range of coverage against organisms.
Actual site of infection should also be searched and need to be treated.
Get well soon.

Take Care
