Have Swollen Joints, Painful. Applied Votlren. Help

I am in Denton Texas. I do not have insurance, my husband and I do not have insurance, so, no one cares. I have little money. I cannot work without my right index finger, I avoid it. R egistered dental assistant, I temp,, mostly I volunteer In Denton TX. at age 51. 9-3-61.I t was doing better, it now is making my life insane. It was fx, at Care now center, in Denton, tx, 6-25-13, have disc, xrays, got better, now swelling, and first joint, so painful, now working, I can take pain, I need to get my right index finger back. Please help me. I cannot pay, No real money here. I have a CD, at the CareNow center, , to take a look. at. Fractured, tip of right index finger, its so worse, now, afer 6-25, swollen and closer to hand joint, first index joint, is way swollen, I wrap, have old Votlren rub, hurts bad, when it wants to. Not being able to not use this right hand, is my life. Thanks. I can pay some.

I am sorry you really can t afford expensive health care. But I am afraid not getting a proper clinical evaluation and testing from a competent specialist, in a long run, leads to more spending.

Ir is clear you need a proper reevaluation by a rheumatologist. Rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease are to be excluded formally. Other diagnostic options should only come after these have been screened for appropriately.

I strongly suggest you book an appointment with a rheumatologist.
