Have Swelling Under Pubic Hair Which Bled While Trimming. Had Protected Sex. Genital Wart?

I think I might have a genital wart. It's on the bikini area close to my vagina, under the pubic hair. It's swollen up, on top of the skin, and doesn't hurt at all. However, when I was trimming my hair, I nicked it, and it bled for about 20 minutes, which I know is similar to other times I've had warts. I'm a 20 year old female, I hadn't had sex for about a year, then about 5 weeks ago I started sleeping with someone new. We slept together a few times (casual basis) and he's been sleeping with someone else as well. We used condoms every time.

Hi,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HCM.
After reading your query there are three possibilities of the condition
1. Molluscum contagiosum: whitish or pearly bead like structure with central indentation
2. Genital wart: Brownish accuminate( multiple thorn like) structure
3. skin tag: simple over proliferation of the skin
Now as you said you used protection in the form of condoms, but the former two (which are STD's) can occur due to simple trauma or friction during sexual intercourse. So there is possibility of certain STD's (Molluscum contagiosum and Genital wart) despite using condoms. The third one - skin tag is not an STD but can be one of the possibility in bit of overweight or obese person due to over proliferation of the skin.
Any how, you should meet a dermatologist who will take care of all of the problem in few minute by simple radiofrequency ablation, which is actually required to prevent further proliferation.
with best wishes for your health,
