I have stomach issues. when i am at homw everything is fine, but when i go to office or some social event, i have this gas formation in my stomach and a bit of anxiety or nervouseness. I have a feeling at the back of mind that i need to defaecetate and all of sudden these wind in stomach grew up. This only happens when i am outside, on returning to my home all symptoms disppear. Due to this i am not able to enjoy my social life, the fear of loose motions prevents me to have my whole diet and i am bit restrcitive at my eating.
probably these stomach problems occur due faulty eating & drinking habbits so, give up the fear and follow some dos & donts
dos 1.take non heavy diet 2.time to time lunch & dinner 3.early sleeping & early rising 4.fruits like papaya, bael, pomegranate,apple
donts 1.avoid eating spicy,deep fried food, 2.late night dinner 3.sleeping just after dinner 4.late night sleeping 5.carbonated drinks,chilled water 6.fruits like banana,banana with milk
also take bael murrabba 1-2 tsf twice a day.
bael (bilwa phala) in any form helps you a lot!!
