Have Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Shoulder Hurts. Right Medication?

Hey I'm Sabrina I'm twenty years old with two children. They are one and a half and six months old. Last night I was ok just ate dinner and went to bed at around 4am I won't up in really bad stomach pains and chills. The pain was coming from the right side of my belly button. Today I can't hardly eat the pain is constant it's weakeneds if I lay down a little bit but I have a bad headache and my shoulder hurts. What do I do?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having stomach virus causing stomach pain with fever and chills.
Take antispasmodic tablet like Dicyclomine with paracatamol.
Take ofloxacillin, tinidazole combination medicine for 2-3 days.
Take light food.
Ok and take care.
