Hi
THANKS FOR THE QUERY
YOU HAVE NOT MENTIONED YOUR AGE,MARITAL STATUS AND WHAT CONTRACEPTIVE YOU ARE USING
I THINK YOU ARE HAVING OVULATORY BLEEDING ALSO KNOWN AS MITTELSCHMERZ PHENOMENON .IN THAT YOU HAD PAIN ABDOMEN AS WELL AS BLEEDING WHEN THE OVUM IS RELEASED IN FEMALE BODY WHICH USUALLY OCCURS ON DAY 12-14 OF CYCLE .AFTER THAT THERE IS RISE IN PROGESTERONE LEVELS IN THE BODY WHICH CAUSES RETENTION OF SALT AND WATERIN THE BODY LEADING TO TENDERNESSS IN BREASTS ,DEPRESSSION ,IRRITIBILITY,BLOATING SENSATION ,HEADACHE ETC. JUST KEEP A MESTRUAL CHART AND CORELATE ALL THE SYMTOMS WITH THE DAY OF THE CYCLE IN NEXT CYCLE
IF THESE SYMPTOMS AFFECT YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE ONLY THEN TREATMENT IS REQUIRED
